Mighty Love Entertainment's roots trace back to 2004 with the establishment of Phresh Media Group. Initially focused on urban culture and events, Phresh Media Group launched Phresh One Radio, an online platform that showcased emerging artists and delivered fresh content to its audience. The company also organized Mixed Fruit Events, which became known for their vibrant atmosphere and eclectic mix of music genres.

As the company evolved, it rebranded as The D'Amelio Group in 2012, expanding its portfolio to include fashion with the introduction of Good Call Clothing. This line reflected the company's commitment to creativity and quality, resonating with a diverse clientele. During this period, Freeloader Fridays emerged as a popular event series, offering attendees unique experiences that blended music, fashion, and art.

In 2018, under the visionary leadership of founder Stephen D'Amelio, the company transformed into Mighty Love Entertainment. This rebranding marked a renewed focus on music and event production, leading to the creation of Mixed Fruit Records and the launch of Mighty Music Mondays—a platform dedicated to promoting new music talent. Mixed Fruit Radio also debuted, offering listeners a curated selection of tracks that spanned various genres.
